These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradingMonitor.Pro platform, website, desktop client software, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TradingMonitorPro LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in the United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
TradingMonitor.Pro is a signal forwarding platform that allows users to route signals from TradingView to trading terminals (NinjaTrader 8, MetaTrader 5) and messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord). The Service operates through a desktop client application that uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to detect signals on the user's screen.
Important: TradingMonitor.Pro is not a broker, exchange, investment advisor, or financial service provider. We provide infrastructure for signal forwarding only. We do not execute trades, provide financial advice, or manage funds on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@tradingmonitor.pro if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers the following subscription tiers:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US Dollars (USD). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day Trial period. At the end of the Trial period, you will be prompted to select a paid plan. No charges are made during the Trial period.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of payment for any subscription plan. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by TradingMonitorPro LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and desktop client software for the duration of your subscription.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Trading on financial markets involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. TradingMonitor.Pro does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations. We facilitate signal forwarding infrastructure only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting info@tradingmonitor.pro.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
