Refund Policy

1. Overview

At TradingMonitorPro LLP, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide refunds for subscription payments.

2. Trial Period

We offer a 7-day Trial period for new users. During this period, no payment is required and no charges will be made. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the Trial period before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the date of your payment, provided you have not previously received a refund for any TradingMonitor.Pro subscription. Each customer is entitled to one refund only.

This applies to:

  • First-time subscription payments
  • Monthly renewal payments (within 7 days of the renewal charge)
  • Plan upgrade payments (within 7 days of the upgrade charge)

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date
  • The customer has already received a refund for any previous subscription payment
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us

3.3 Abuse Prevention

To ensure fair use of our refund policy, each customer is limited to one refund in the lifetime of their account. This limit applies across all accounts associated with the same individual, payment method, or device. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be part of a pattern of abuse.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to info@tradingmonitor.pro with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Provide the approximate date of the payment you wish to be refunded
  4. Optionally, let us know why you are requesting a refund — this helps us improve

5. Processing

  • Response time: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the original payment currency (USD)

6. Subscription Cancellation

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription as well, please indicate this in your refund request, or cancel through your account dashboard at user.tradingmonitor.pro.

If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

7. Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
